Yes, I am just using the php mssql functions. At one time I had the latest
version of php (5.1.2 I believe) and it showed more options in the mssql
section than the dev machine. I then recompiled 5.0.3 so they would be
exaclty the same.

Non-working machine:

Working dev machine (hopefully it will let you through):

I know I really shouldn't be putting displaying these but I just need this
darn thing to work and the dev machine works fine.
