Brian,

I did have the conf file in my home directory but it wasn't being picked up
so I copied it to user/local/etc and now I get a different error:

*** glibc detected *** double free or corruption: 0x08770cf0 ***

I am just trying to select one row and the row does have a blob field which
messed me up in bcp but the dev server can select this row fine. Is there
something more that needs to be installed on this server? I can attach the
log if needed. I have this in my conf file:
(I changed the ip)

[MyServer2k]
host = 202.33.333.33
port = 1433
tds version = 8.0
