Just to let you know, it can be done.

I'm running Red Hat v7.3 and connecting to a Win2K box with MSSQL Server
7.0. I'm using FreeTDS 0.56(?) and Dbi::Sybase. I didn't have to use an
ODBC. I can help later, but currently I'm under an ugly deadline.
