Bad Advice! Don't use 4.2 as it may stack trace your server if the server
is 11.9.2 or newer. This is basically a Sybase bug (it works under
11.0.3, not sure if 11.5 exhibits this or not), but I don't know whether
they'd be real keen on fixing it or not. So, TDS 5.0 is it.
