Fair enough. Threadsafety is marked experimental, so updating the faq is
probably good enough, IMHO. The nightly snapshot already includes
Frediano's fixes.

When Brian changes the snapshot script to do a regular "make dist", we can
grab any arbitrary snapshot and call it a point release. I could park
0.60.1 on ibibilio on any given fortuitous day. Like the day after we
know we've licked the 4.2-can-crash-your-server bug.
