I just checked in a fix that will allow building when configured
"--with-tdsver=8.0". It's up to Jim to decide if this gets pulled up to
0.60 release. Otherwise, you should be able to build "--with-tdsver=7.0"
and set the connection to 8.0 in your freetds.conf.
