There is definitely a lot of work to be done on the FreeTDS ODBC driver, and
although I have no formal affiliation with the FreeTDS project (that's
really
Brian's baby), I can say the ODBC driver is important to me and I would
welcome any improvements anyone is willing to make to the code.
Would you like me to start feeding you reports of bugs in the ODBC driver,
or
do you have your own list of bugs that you want to see fixed? :)
WRT CVS access... my understanding is that the CVS repository is not
directly
under the control of the FreeTDS developers, which naturally leads to more
admin overhead any time changes need to be made. I'm thankful at least for
the donation of CVS space, in spite of the occasional glitches.
