Yes. As you would for any mailing list, be sure to look through the
archives for the list before posting questions.

It is an in-progress open-source driver. Most JDBC1 and some JDBC2
methods been implemented. Contributions are welcome, though the cycle
for review and checkin of submissions is erratic. For more information,
you can refer to the online README [1].

Yes. You must make your own determination, based on a comparison of the
features which have been implemented with your list of requirements
(tempered by your willingness to fill in any gaps), and thorough testing
of the software in your own environment, whether the driver is suitable
for your needs.
