Hmmm..I did this just last night, going from Linux 2.2.x running SQSH 1.7
and PHP 3.0.14 connecting to SQL 7.0 GA (no service packs). The log
snippit below looks like MS SQL is closing the connection without an
answer. Is it possible for you to try this from a little endian machine
for comparison value? Also try running sqsh as that is known to be a
working combination.
