Charles,
I can speak in my haste to only two things. The term is not hapax to the NT
(if that's
what you meant by "NT Hapax"), and for the origins of the term start with the
LSJ
lexicon, then go through the NTAbstracts or Elenchus Biblia, as well
dictionaries like
TDNT, Exeg. Dic of the NT, or the like, searching by passage or term. There
are few
stones unturned, especially where they concern philological matters.
Cheers,
Zeb
