According to Cranfield, it was quoted in 1 Clement (citing from Rom.
1:29-32; 4:7-9; 9:4-5; usually dated to the 90's), Ignatius, and Polycarp.
It was in Marcion's canon in the mid-2nd century. Commentaries are extant
from Origen (185-254), and several from the 4th century Fathers. One for
Clement of Alexandria (150-215) is mentioned by Eusebius, but is not extant.
You can read a short history in Cranfield's ICC Commentary on Romans, vol.
1.

Regards,
Mark
