First of all, it seems that we can take the sentence in two ways.

(1) If you say that seeking to be righteoused in Christ,
we ourselves were found to be sinners as well, do you mean that
Christ is the servant of sin?

(2) Suppose that seeking to be righteoused in Christ, we ourselves were
found to be sinners as well. Does that mean that Christ is the servant
of sin?

In (2), Paul is ready to concede that "we Jews" were found to be sinners
like Gentile sinners by seeking to be righteoused in Christ,
while he will not accept its implication. In (2),
Paul is not ready to concede it. In this interpretation, Paul
tries to refute the supposition by showing the absurdity of its
implication.

I prefer (1). In that case, "to be sinners KAI AUTOI" seems to refer
to the violation of the law, i.e. eating with Gentiles.
