EN EMOI does *imply* 'through me'. It just doesn't *say* it.

The context of Paul's mission would seem to require that he carry his
authority within him, and as well that, upon his arrival, this
'within-ness' would actively support his efforts by also then becoming
'within' his hearers of the 'good news' of his mission. As well, of
course, there is no reasonable way to understand Paul as saying that
he in some way 'contains' 'it', for 'it' as well 'contains' him!! And
his listeners as well, yes? When Paul reminds his addressees that he
comes in 'power', this is indeed what he means, in that they have
experienced that power themselves as a very real fact subjectively
experienced. This is why talking in terms of subjective vs objective
when they apply to Paul's mission and their spiritual dimensions is so
tricky.

By saying "in me" Paul affirms his divine authority as the messenger,
which he clearly shows 'in power' as he delivers the 'news'. The
power is not the news, but what is happening within the recipients as
they hear Paul giving it to them. This is both objective and
subjective combined... Paul speaking [objective] and their inner
experience during it [subjective].

My 2 cents...
