I on the other hand was driving safely, as even the cop on the stand
admitted. He said he stopped me for Checkpoint, not for Cause. I
think unsafe drivers should be stopped and safe drivers shouldn't be.

How about a sharp stick, should I be allowed to carry one of those by
right (i.e. w/o the govt's prior permission), as a means of
self-defense against potential carjackings?
