- people remix and what have you anyway
they are limited to what they can do with the remix, which will discourage many from making it in the first place.
- it just creates complicated mechanisms for what already happens
"everyone's breaking the law anyway, so there's no need to look for ways to fix that"? hilary (rosen) and jack (valenti) would not approve ;)
