Is there any point in commenting on these drafts?

The point has been made often enough before. This draft is unusable in
Scotland and Northern Ireland. This wouldn't be a complaint if the group
behind it had the grace to put themselves forward as the England and Wales
project. For what reasons I know not, the draft is again represented as an
all-UK version and I see the bunnies in America and Heidelberg have been
gulled into accepting it as such. I can understand that they weren't to
know. But the Legal Advisory Board has no such excuse.

I would hope that when the English/Welsh draft is finally accepted ICC will
insist on publishing it as such rather than with its current claim that it
covers all three jurisdictions. Will they?
