I have only a few minor comments to make:
III.d
The paragraph references should probably be lowercase letters.
II.e
Is this a must, rather than a may?
IV.Additional Legal Note (between a and b)
This might benefit from being broken up into two or more sentences.
IV.f
This is in-keeping with the right of integrity but not mentioned in the original CC license and should be removed.
IV.g
This is the upgrade clause, and the use-any-international-license clause combined. It's wonderfully succinct, but these are both important points so they might possibly benefit from separate and explicit treatment.
V.e and f
This is in-keeping with the right of integrity but not mentioned in the original CC license and should be removed.
7 A and B
Are these "last important legal things", or are they "musts" or even their own section? They seem more to do with the actual provisions of the license rather than its interpretation or applicability.
Otherwise, this is excellent!
