There's no URN in there. That's an URI, more specifically an URL. URNs
look like "urn:ietf:rfc:2141", which, by the way, is the RFC that
describes URNs. URNs are real easy to identify because they start with
(you guessed it) "urn:".

No, that's a URN namespace. All URNs are not necessarily in URN namespaces. A URN is characterized by the fact that it is a name first and a locator second.
