And the mistake is made AGAIN! Anti-TPM has no effect on USE. Only
distribution, as with all good copyleft requirements. :-)
You also appear to be continuing to push the ROM-device=TPM analogy
which is false, as has been noted already. TPM is given special
significance by law, and is distinct from simple technical inability of
a medium to allow certain freedoms.
