Moral rights cases are relatively (relative to Europe) common in Sweden. Some examples:

* An artist complained that her art were being displayed next to the entrance to a porno movie theater - she won.

* The lyrics of a classic piece of music was changed in a way that the Swedish Academy found disgracing - the Academy won.

* A Broadcast company split up a movie and inserted commercial breaks, the court found that the artistic integrity of the originator had been violated.

Depending on your point of view moral rights can be said to have saved the day.
