Interesting: so you would agree that distributing a work originally licensed under the SA-CCPL in a closed, properietary format when it was originally published in an open format is breaking the "technical measures" clause? In your opinion, would this only apply if a downstream artist modifies a work from open to closed? Does this not apply if the original work is published in a closed, proprietary format?
