So, there was an announcement on the BBC relating to the release of
their Creative Archives under some kind of OFLACC license:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/pressoffice/pressreleases/stories/2004/05_may/26/creative_archive.shtml
http://creativecommons.org/weblog/entry/4232
I tend to be overly-suspicious of press-release language, but... the
press release refers to the "Creative Commons model" but doesn't say
they'll actually use a Creative Commons license. It seems like they're
hedging their bets.
Does anyone know if the BBC will use a real, honest-to-goodness
Creative Commons license? Or will they be creating Yet Another Content
License?
What participation does Creative Commons have in their decision-making
process?
