you could simply add some conspicuous language to the place where people post that says, "by posting here you warrant that [blah blah blah]" or "by posting here i understand that i promise [blah blab blah] -- whatever you want. if they don't want to warrant their content, they don't have to post. problem solved.

There doesn't seem to be any optional warranty. Or there may be in the
future. But not now.

I just think dropping the warranties is a bad idea in general. It's
bad for me in particular.
