This agrees with my analysis. So if you were to create a matrix with
each license repeated on the x and y axes and the intersection of
allowable derivative works in each cell, you get the allowed licenses
when creating a derived work from works under two licenses, e.g., start
with Attribution and NonCommercial works, you may use
Attribution-NonCommercial, Attribution-NoDerivs-NonCommercial, or
Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike.
