Buon lavoro a tutti quanti :-)

The Commons Deed is not a license. It is simply a handy reference for understanding the Legal Code (the full license) — it is a human-readable expression of some of its key terms. Think of it as the user-friendly interface to the Legal Code beneath. This Deed itself has no legal value, and its contents do not appear in the actual license.

Copyright-Only Dedication (based on United States law) or Public Domain Certification
The person or persons who have associated work with this document (the "Dedicator" or "Certifier") hereby either (a) certifies that, to the best of his knowledge, the work of authorship identified is in the public domain of the country from which the work is published, or (b) hereby dedicates whatever copyright the dedicators holds in the work of authorship identified below (the "Work") to the public domain. A certifier, morever, dedicates any copyright interest he may have in the associated work, and for these purposes, is described as a "dedicator" below.
A certifier has taken reasonable steps to verify the copyright status of this work. Certifier recognizes that his good faith efforts may not shield him from liability if in fact the work certified is not in the public domain.
A dedicator makes this dedication for the benefit of the public at large and to the detriment of the Dedicator's heirs and successors. Dedicators intend this dedication to be an overt act of relinquishment in perpetuity of all present and future rights under copyright law, whether vested or contingent, in the Work. Dedicator understand that such relinquishment of all rights includes the relinquishment of all rights to enforce (by lawsuit or otherwise) those copyrights in the Work.
Dedicator recognizes that, once placed in the public domain, the Work may be freely reproduced, distributed, transmitted, used, modified, built upon, or otherwise exploited by anyone for any purpose, commercial or non-commercial, and in any way, including by methods that have not yet been invented or conceived.
Any of these conditions can be waived if you get permission from the author.

Creative Commons GNU @license_code@
The CC-GNU @license_code@ adds the Creative Commons' metadata and Commons Deed to the Free Software Foundation's @license_name_full@. The license is the official FSF @license_code@, and includes a Portuguese translation.
To signal to others that you are using a Creative Commons license, you can use a Creative Commons logo, which links to the CC-GNU @license_code@. The result will look like this:
Here's how the CC-GNU @license_code@ works: A user clicking on the Creative Commons icon gets the CC-GNU @license_code@ "Commons Deed" — a human readable version of the license. From that she can link to "Legal Code" — the full text of the GNU GPL, in English and Portuguese. And hidden in the tag is "Machine-Readable Code" — metadata — that will enables others to find your software.

From that she can link to "Legal Code" — the actual license you have offered your content under. And hidden in the tag is "Machine-Readable Code" — metadata — that will enables others to find your content. An illustration of the process can be found in our comics.

You've made a work you're proud of. Now it's time to get creative with how you make it available.
Creative Commons licenses help you share your work while keeping your copyright. Other people can copy and distribute your work provided they give you credit -- and only on the conditions you specify here. This page helps you choose those conditions. If you want to offer your work with no conditions, choose the public domain.
Public Domain Dedication - Email Confirmation
An email has been sent to you at @email@. You should receive it within a few minutes.
This email includes a confirmation of your public domain dedication. It should include the title of your work ("@title@"), and the copyright holder of the work ("@copyright_holder@").
The email will also include a link with an embedded confirmation code. This confirmation code enables us to verify that you are indeed the person eligible to receive email at @email@. Clicking through on this confirmation link will constitute an "overt act of relinquishment" by which you will actually be placing your work in the public domain.
Until you click the confirmation link, your work will not be dedicated to the public domain.
If for some reason you haven't received this email within 30-45 minutes, please let us know.
After clicking on the confirmation link, you'll find out how to mark your content with a public domain dedication and publicize your work.
<h1>Donazione al pubblico dominio</h1>
<p>
Ti è stata inviata una e-mail all'indirizzo <b>@email@</b>. Dovresti riceverla in pochi minuti.
</p>
<p>
</p>
<p>
L'e-mail conterrà anche un link a un codice di conferma che permetterà di verificare che tu sia effettivamente l'intestatario dell'indirizzo <b>@email@</b>. Cliccare questo link di conferma consiste in un "overt act of
relinquishment" by which you will actually be placing la tua opera nel pubblico dominio.
</p>
<p>
<b>Until you click the confirmation link, your work will not be
dedicated to the public domain.</b>
</p>
<p>
If for some reason you haven't received this email within 30-45 minutes, please <a href="mailto:pd AT creativecommons.org";>let us know</a>.
</p>
<p>
After clicking on the confirmation link, you'll find out how to mark your content with a public domain dedication and publicize your work.
</p>
<h1>Public Domain Dedication - Bad Confirmation</h1>
<p>
It seems you are trying to confirm your public domain dedication with
an incorrect confirmation code.</p>
<p>
This probably happened because you were not able to click through on
the URL sent in your email, and you copy and pasted the URL
incorrectly into your browser. Make sure to include <b>all
characters</b> from the URL sent to you.
</p>
<p>
If this is not what happened, or if you continue to have trouble
confirming your public domain dedication in any way, please <a
href="mailto:pd AT creativecommons.org";>let us know</a>.
</p>
<p>Your choice suggests you want to dedicate your work to the public domain, the commons of information and expression where nothing is owned and all is permitted.</p>
<p>The Public Domain Dedication is not a license. By using it, you do not simply carve out exceptions to your copyright; you grant your entire copyright to the public without condition. This grant is permanent and irreversible.</p>
<h1>Confirm Your Public Domain Dedication</h1>
<p>
You have successfully confirmed your email address (<b>@email@</b>) for dedicating <b>@title@</b>, a work copyrighted by <b>@copyright_holder@</b>, to the public domain. To finalize this process, please click the button below.
