The following books that came from IIT Bombay have
been released under CC: http://www.it.iitb.ac.in/~sri/ssrvm/ - a print version is available commercially. This covers computer science topics for school students. My colleague Prof. Sridhar Iyer is leading this activity. Similarly, we released the e-version of the book "Oscad: An open source EDA tool for circuit design, simulation, analysis and PCB design" under CC BY SA. A print edition is also made available at a low cost by Shroff Publishers, Mumbai, see http://www.shroffpublishers.com/detail.aspx?cat=0&title=5687. I can send the link for the soft copy of the book or can email it to anyone. We are also in the process of releasing another book, "Microcontroller experiments through Arduino, Scilab and Xcos", also in the same arrangement as for the previous entry (Oscad). By the way, all the spoken tutorials (http://spoken-tutorial.org) and the creations of FOSSEE (http://fossee.in) are released under CC BY SA. Regards, Kannan On 10/10/15 11:06 pm, shirish शिरीष
