Hi Paul,

of course we can build upon the answers that are being prepared by the groups/orgs you mention, and maybe we'll have to in the end, but pre-prepared answers are rarely ever actually edited and for new answers it's sometimes even easier to start blank. As a group of 35+ projects there's at least a chance that we come up with something that adds to what the other replies are (or is a remix ;-) and doesn't just copy.

It would be cool if, for example, someone would step forward b/c they are in a country where the territoriality problems  (questions 1-5 and 9) are most severe. Or someone who's competent around GLAM (questions 28-39) or who has ideas regarding UGC (questions from 58). Also, there's probably plenty to say about question 80 ("What other issues are there"), for there's surely quite a lot missing in that questionnaire.

Best
John

Hi John and all,
there is actually more to the C4C initiative that just that github form. C4C is currently in the process of preparing answering guides for the consultation. as part of that multiple organisations are preparing high level answers to the questions in the consultation. I know that at least 2 CC affiliates are involved in this (Kennisland and Centrum Cyfrowe Projekt: Polska). We are currently working on the questions related to cultural heritage institutions and Centrum Cyfrowe Projekt: Polska on the questions related to education/teaching. In addition Communia (including Timothy) is working on the questions related to term duration and registration.

given this it might be a good idea that we wait until C4C has compiled the high level answers (that should be the case around the 10th of january) and then use those as a basis for a CC europe reply (maybe do a joint editing session to adopt them to a CC answer?). i would assume that this will save all us some time an effort.

But if you would rather undertake our own effort than i am happy to share our answers with this list…
cheers, paul

But, as it is 80 (!) questions altogether and the deadline was unfortunately not extended beyond Feb 5th, this is quite an endeavour.
