Hi all !

After finishing our arrangements, I can confirm that I 'll participate together with my colleague Adela Danciu at the meeting in Turin on 17 January.

Since I can't be 100% sure that we will be in front of the Politecnico between 14 00 - 14 15, but could get there a little bit later, I suggest to have a phone number that we may call, so we get the exact meeting room where it will take place.
Andrea will meet us there or it will be someone else ?

Thanks
Bogdan

Dear All,

Following Alek's recommendations:
- Catharina and I will do the moderation for the meeting
- I will compile a brief set of instructions/ outline for each of the agenda
items by Monday and then circulate them on the list
- Alek will provide a recap of the Dubrovnik Meeting

If someone else would like to lead a specific discussion item, please let me
know.

Best,
pRo

Dear all,

Since we will meet in less then a week - I have an organisational
question: do we know how we will go about the meeting, ie.:

- who will run / moderate it?
- will anyone prepare short introductions, even very informal ones, to
proposed subjects?

I think both of these issues are important. In general, I think we
should establish the agenda of the meeting at it's beginning - but it
might be useful to have some short concise talks to frame discussion on
several key subjects.

So maybe people who have something to say should announce this beforehand?

Best,

Alek
