Dear all,

First of all, I would like to thank Prodromos, Ignasi, Alek and the CC Italy team, especially Juan Carlos and Andrea for pushing this initiative and making the first CC-Europe meeting happen! I am very much looking forward to seeing you all next Thursday and I wish you a safe and pleasant trip to Turin.

For Thursday night, I would like to invite you (on behalf of CCi) for dinner so that we can continue the discussion of topics we haven't touched during that afternoon. I count on all of you who have confirmed to attend the CC Europe meeting:

Severine Dusollier
Ignasi Labastida
Alek Tarkowski
Juan Carlos de Martin
Justyna Hofmokl
Andra Glorioso
Prodromos Tsiavos
Francios Dechelle
Florian Philapitsch
John  Weitzmann
Theodoros Karounos

All the best,

Catharina

Dear All,

Following Alek's recommendations:
- Catharina and I will do the moderation for the meeting
- I will compile a brief set of instructions/ outline for each of the agenda
items by Monday and then circulate them on the list
- Alek will provide a recap of the Dubrovnik Meeting

If someone else would like to lead a specific discussion item, please let me
know.

Best,
pRo

Dear all,

Since we will meet in less then a week - I have an organisational
question: do we know how we will go about the meeting, ie.:

- who will run / moderate it?
- will anyone prepare short introductions, even very informal ones, to
proposed subjects?

I think both of these issues are important. In general, I think we
should establish the agenda of the meeting at it's beginning - but it
might be useful to have some short concise talks to frame discussion on
several key subjects.

So maybe people who have something to say should announce this beforehand?

Best,

Alek
