As I spoke in Barcelona with Roland, it seems collecting societies can
be a problem in all Europe. This can be true as all domestic
legislation has to follow the same European Directives.
I wonder if CC should create an European layer to discuss CC licenses
on an European point of view. I feel we need coordination regarding
this matter.
