Estimad@s abogad@s de la lista y representantes de CC Colombia.

Estoy revisando traducción del capítulo de unas guias de primeros pasos
de LibreOffice, me encontré con un cambio en titulares de los derechos
de reproducción en una guias de LibreOffice (abreviado LibO) y OpenOffice
(abreviado Oo), y quieros consultarles al respecto, pues las guias de
LibO son obra derivada de las de Oo.

Es decir las 3 están cubiertas por GPL 3 o CC-AL 3.   Usando GPL 3 no
podía hacerse el cambio de titulares de derechos, así no más como me
parece que se hizo de Oo 3.3 a LibO 3.3. Así que resta saber ¿si con 
CC-AL 3 ese cambio lo ven legal?

Lo pregunto porque recuerdo un caso de un cambio análogo en fuentes
de MicroBSD que era obra derivada de OpenBSD (usan licencia BSD) y
fue tanto el revuelo que el proyecto se cerró:
