I second the thanks! My picture frame is working great and I just got
several complements on it tonight. I did end up using xv because there
were a few things I could not figure out in xli (i.e. random picture
selection), but the functionality was 95% there. Maybe it is 100%
there and I just wasn't smart enough to find the right options. A
simple bash script might have been able to handle the randomizing as
well. I will probably post an image of my CF card and do a video
segment on the project in the next episode of my podcast. I will also
make a post over at linux-hacker.net since BL should work on most of
those devices I would guess.

Hi Peter
If you want to make a tutorial I propose you to join to me here:

I don't work very much at this time because I have a very big work
here:
http://lx.wiki.mailxmail.com/
but I will continue step by step in 3 or more languages for baslin,
puppy linux and kuliax linux (a lot of general pages can be used for
the 3 operation systems with only little differences!)
where usuable baslin is the best because all that you do you can
understand it full!
with JWM it is now a great system!
