The only way I played midis was to use the Sequencer, record a midi, and
then play it back. How does one set up a slave?
It is in one of the drop-down menus: play MIDI through a slave application
(or words to that effect).
I know it is there but I could not get it to play 'playmidi -e'. The default 'xplaymidi' played through AWE (or maybe it was OPL3) and when I changed it, it played no sound at all. How exactly did you use it?

Ron
