Oops, I just realized you asked about BL3. The above iso is for BL2. AFAIK nobody has done an iso for BL3. Personally I've never had a CDrom
writer, so I haven't done anything like that myself.
If I recall correctly, such programs as Burn At Once http://www.burnatonce.com/
can make files into an .iso file
Once doesn't need an actual CD burner.
