The BL3 aliases are in /etc/profile, I think, and can be changed or added to with a text editor (e3pi). BL2 has them in .profile for /root or /user. I added a few of my own aliases, such as dial (for ppp-on, which is also eznet up 0 or you can also have an eznet up 1 to a different phone number or using a different modem if you copy over all the lines starting with 0, change the second set of 0's to 1's, and modify the info). dial1 or dial2. I have another alias A to mount /dev/fd0 /fd and B to mount the other floppy disk. U to unmount A.

No, it's an alias. To see all your aliases do:
