The best way is to install BL3 to its own HD partition:
(1) use fdisk to create a primary Linux native partition
(2) use mke2fs to put an ext2 filesystem on that partition
(3) mount that partition at /hd
(4) execute install-to-hd

Then the last thing you installed/copied/saved probably
overflowed fs.img. This is not good.

Which version of BL3 are you using? Versions prior to 3.30
had a 16mb fs.img. This was increased to 20mb in 3.30.
