The BL2 kernel was compiled for systems with copros. It does not
work when there is no copro (386, 486sx, 486dlc). To fix this,
you need to change the kernel. I suggest you use the bare.i
kernel from Slackware 7.1. Copy the bzimage to your BL2 directory
(on your DOS drive) and edit BOOT.BAT to boot bzimage instead of
the default zimage.
Another way of working around this is to compile your own kernel
for BL2. You can copy the BL2 kernel config (on the homepage)
and add copro support. This will give you a smaller kernel than
the Slackware bare.i.
