Installing BL1 with 4mb only works from a DOS partition.
There is no floppy/ramdisk method (because there is too
little RAM for a ramdisk). That is why there are special
installation instructions for 4mb RAM.
Once the installation is complete (using /dev/hda1 for
DOS), it is possible to install the BL1 lilo package
and use fdisk/mkswap to reconfigure /dev/hda1 as swap.
That will leave you with just two partitions:
------------------------
/dev/hda1 Linux swap
/dev/hda2 Linux native
------------------------
