The Slackware bare.i kernels usually have those.

BL1 was designed to do IP-masquerade/firewalling (ipfwadm).
A template for this was included in the BL1 netsetup (IIRC).
Because there was little interest in this capability, it
was removed from BL2.

To do IP-masquerading/firewalling with BL2 or BL3 you need
to replace the kernel and install an administration utility
(ipfwadm, ipchains or whatever).
