I experienced the same problem, its a problem in the boot.bat file, its loading /dev/loop0, and I would've assumed it should be hda1, except its booted in a RAM disk, so I'm inexperienced with RAM Disk's in Linux...if you could extract the files from FS.IMG & INITRD into that directory, rename it from baslin to LINUX, it might work, however I haven't tried it, I tend to use ZipSlack & BigSlack...
