This sounds interesting. Thanks for the offer. But right now I don't
have much time to devote to repairing that machine. I'll probably try
again next weekend, at which point I'll likely have varying options (null
modem cable, IDE adaptor, serial modem) from which to choose. If I will
need the diagram, I'll let you know.
