Thanks, just in time to put on the new computer that we ought to be
assembling. We needed an incentive other than the old one having 4MB free
space in the Linux partition.

What does kbd-reset do? Slattach?

I have found one Trident video card that works in DOS but not in Linux
(everything is striped). Does BL2 not use the VESA mode? This is for
plain text, as I recall.

(We also have a computer where the video works perfectly in DOS but in
Win95 it creates some hardware conflict - perhaps the Cirrus mode is
broken but the VESA mode is okay).
