There is no contesting that Hebrew and Arabic are closely related languages. The question is only HOW are they related. Are they sisters, or are they a grandmother and a granddaughter? Does the existence in both Hebrew and Arabic of such a curious word as GOZAL mean that Arabic is but a recent descendent of Hebrew? Otherwise, the INTERNAL Hebrew etymology of GOZAL is clear to me.
