Is there something wrong with this "ultimate etymology game"? Is not NCL of the same basic meaning as NZL, NTL, N$L?

Appears to me that NCL is NASA V-HE-ELA נשא והעלה or העלה ונשא, 'carried and
lifted' or 'lifted and carried'. The form HI-CIYL (with a dagesh in the C as
it follows a xiriq) contains the two personal pronouns: HI in front, and IY
inside; the first for the performer of the act and the other for the
receiver of the act, the MU-CAL. The qal form NACAL is not in use.

not bad for the ultimate etymology game.
