There is primary stress on all of them.
The meteg -- another name for ga(ya -- generally represents
secondary stress so that might be the case here too.
In the first example both the munax and meteg appear on
the same syllable, but the syllable is "broken":
[mi-ax]. My personal inclination is to see a secondary
stress in the case of any meteg. So perhaps here
too we have a case of primary stress on the [mi] and
secondary stress on the [ax]. But this is probably not
what Yeivin says.
