I just wanted to thank you for the replies you sent. I looked up the
reference in Gesenius, and it's exactly what I was looking for. I
appreciate the help.

The line I mentioned from the siddur comes from the end of the
blessing for Torah. It says:

וְנִהְיֶה אֲנַחְנוּ וְצֶאֱצָאֵינוּ וְצֶאֱצָאֵי עַמְּךָ בֵּית
יִשְׂרָאֵל כֻּלָּנוּ יוֹדְעֵי שְׁמֶךָ וְלוֹמְדֵי תוֹרָתֶךָ לִשְׁמָהּ

If you notice, תורתך and שמך are not the normal forms but are similar
to a pausal form in a non-pausal position. Don't know if this is
particularly comparable, but I just thought it was interesting.
