one of the references you pointed to give that definition. Where did you get
it from?

Even after being told several times that "east" is not proper to place in
this discussion, you not only persist in your error, but you added to it by
saying "significantly". Do you really think that by putting up this straw
man argument, that you can convince us of the correctness of your other
claims?
