I do understand that much would need to be filled in and most of that fill in
would not be pertinent for this list. Unfortunately, also, all we have is what
is mentioned in the NT and the Church Fathers until Constantine. After that
there are the official documents of Constantius, etc. I did not bring up the
issue that you did (the Jewish Wars, etc.) as I did not wish to go there;
although it is relevant in this discussion.

This is a very contentious issue, and we will leave it at that.
