4 meanings have been given to the "bi" here:

1) bi = "in me", as a shortened form of bi ha'avon
compare 1Sam25:24
2) bi is a shortened form of the Hebrew bevakasha = please
3) bi is a shortened form of the Aramaic b'i = supplication
4) bi is the wailing sound of a servant

BTW, when used towards G-d the form is bi adonai (plural form).
