I don't know about BibleWorks, but I haven't been able to get Logos to run
under Linux using wine. For me, the Holladay lexicon is about the same
height and width as my BHS so I generally carry the two together fairly
easily.

I have tried to run Accordance on my PC using BasiliskII, but for some reason
that the Accordance people couldn't figure out, it would never access my
CD-ROM.
